It’s time to upgrade to Salesforce NPSP 3.

The Database Sherpa Introduction to What, Why, and How

If you haven’t already, now is the time to take a fresh look at your nonprofit’s Salesforce database. Salesforce has released Nonprofit Starter Pack version 3.0 (NPSP 3). With the upgrade, Salesforce introduced a handful of important new features, as well as a new Household Account model.

At Database Sherpa, we think this upgrade is worthy of your organization’s time… in large part because it’s the last Salesforce upgrade your nonprofit will have to make. After NPSP 3, Salesforce will automatically upgrade your database when new features are available. Upgrade to NPSP 3 now, and you’ll be in first in line for the next set of improvements and tools from Salesforce!

Getting Started

It can feel daunting to prepare your nonprofit’s database for a Salesforce upgrade and decide whether the new household account model is right for you. Database Sherpa is here to guide you through the decision-making process. Check the webinar below for an introduction to why NPSP 3 matters, what features it includes, and how you can get started with upgrading your organization.

This session was be co-guided by Ashima Saigal, Founder of Database Sherpa and Caroline Renard. Ashima is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
